Pros

Cleaning of the lid is a bit tricky, but doable. If i dry the outside right after washing it, the beautiful (deep blue) color shines!

Keeps beverages hot for a surprisingly long time. Hot coffee stays hot for hours. Bottle keeps my water cold, and my coffee hot.

Easy to drink from and has a good amount of flow. Safety lock on the back to avoid it from spilling. Convex lip allows you to seal your lips on the opening. Only issue is if you don't * the fluid out of the spout it will run down the side of the cup.

Cons

Customer service is very frustrating. The customer service is all on you now, customer service! I usually love contigo's products but this one is a miss. It's expensive and lacking quality. I wouldn't purchase again.

This one is broken - simply leaking. Lock seems to be really inefficient and maybe the culprit.

Contigo didn't consider this use case when redesigning their mugs. Now, instead of a nice cup of coffee to go, i have an equal probability of scalding hot coffee slurry splashed everywhere as the melitta sits precariously atop the wider mouth contigo.... Read More
