Pros

Keeps cold drinks cold for 11 hours, hot drinks 8 hours. Fits in my car's cup holder. Keeps my coffee warm till lunch time, then it keeps my hot tea warm till time to come home.

All my other mugs require me to unscrew and screw a cap. Doesn't leak at all even when unlocked. I spill everything but haven't been able to spill anything from this one yet.

The overall shape has a nice ergonomic feel that i really appreciate. Point blank contigo builds a superior product and is worth every penny. Worth every cent.

Cons

The underside of the cap has so many nooks and crannies that can’t be cleaned properly or dry entirely, so bacteria/mold can build up. It leaks on my pants and on my shirt.

Now, instead of a nice cup of coffee to go, i have an equal probability of scalding hot coffee slurry splashed everywhere.

Good price, handy, and it functions well.

Packaging/appearance

Previous one was the samei put the lid in the lower rack in the dishwasher and it melted because of the heater, so i bought one more

Of the 4 i ordered, 3 colored ones arrived with slight marring on the outer finish - poor packaging.

Competitiveness

I believe these are the best on the market.

Leak proof, main reason was these fit with bottom of keriug plus coffe single maker.
