Love the colour and grip on it. Only complaint is how the paint scratches off with use, but this is expected. Took a lot of tough wear and roughness so very durable.

It keeps things hot a good 6 hours and keeps things icy cold a good 14 hours. The pop lid, size, contigo quality. And lastly, the plastic lid retains flavour memories.

Contigo makes some pretty good coffee mug. Keeps my coffee hot and prevents it from spilling. Leak proof, easy to use.

The mug is not leakproof. The only thing keeping it from leaking is a rubber band on the inside of the lid. It's very difficult to drink from without spilling the contents. I find it difficult to close the lid because the threads don't line up easily....  Read More

It's just not durable. After 2 weeks of owning it. Unless, the defective items was used and been re-sold as new?

This product has too many crevices which makes it difficult to clean. Starts to leak within 6 months. Do not use chemical otherwise warranty (what warranty) will be voided.
