Pros
Love the colour and grip on it. Only complaint is how the paint scratches off with use.
Cons
This mug is not leakproof. The rubber seal design in the lid is terrible. It's nearly impossible to drink from without spilling the contents. If you want a spill proof mug that you can bring anywhere you want, this is not for you.
Unless, the defective items was used and been re-sold as new? There appears to be no way to return it too so it is useless to me now. Will save it for a spare.
After 2 weeks of owning it that comes apart after a fee washes and maybe steam from hot liquid inside. Warned that do not use chemical otherwise warranty (what warranty) will be voided.
It's just not durable. A prime example of built-in obsolescence. I'm utterly perplexed by the design choice.

Great value keep my tea hot for over 6 hours ( but just never kept it longer then that) would recommend

Deficiencies noted so faryou have to tilt your head back a bit to take a drink due to pulling tab used to open up the lid sticking upalso the thermos nature of the unit is compromised a bit if you dont close the tab between sips

This container really does the trick if you’re looking to keep your beverage hot i repeatedly burn my tongue using it
