Pros
Great size mug that keeps tea hot for hours. Never leaks and easy to clean.
The grip around the body is brilliant and a great addition as the former models could slip from your grip more easily. Highly recommend. Currently been using my one for over 6 years.
Cons
After 2 hours the contents are at most lukewarm. Tried heating it up with boiling water first but no better. Does not keep drink hot - was luke warm after only 1.

Unfortunately i have had many travel mugs over the years and they nearly all leaked either from the start or eventually

Only a small hole to drink out of so i normally take the lid off to drink as this helps the drink to cool down makes it easier to drink instead of through the small hole
