Pros

The mug is leakproof. Very well engineered, excellent lid.

Customer service is awesome with this company. The only downside is this product is getting ridiculously expensive. Thank you contigo for putting your customers first.

Cons

The lid on this new design does not work well. Ran it through the dishwasher and still smelled. Very disappointed and discouraged.

The spill proofing system stops opening after a month or two. The valve and sealing mechanism is now flimsy. The mug needs to be non-spill.

Price

Price is a bit high but my wife liked the color.

I had my last one for six years or so and it cost half of what it does now.

Packaging/appearance

My mom needed a new travel mug because her old one was difficult to clean and moisture would get trapped in the lid.

Competitiveness

It was a little shorter i think a 12oz one but i still have it and it hasn't faded, chipped or the lid broke.

This is a high-quality, and very durable product.

Now at $38 im being forced to find a competitor that wont break.
