Pros

Worked well for non-carbonated cold beverage, not so much with carbonated or hot beverage. It is dishwasher safe and the parts are easily removable to clean. The outer coating holds strong.

Cons

The cup must be tipped up and can block vision horribly. Needless to say, this cup is being returned. I feel like when i looked for this item i had searched coffee travel mug it's my own fault for not reading the fine print.

I stand by contigo and this will disappoint you! My cheap ozark is light-years better. Due to this flaw, it makes this product unusable.

It's also very limited in what you can drink. No pulpy juices or carbonated beverages. I drink seltzer water it kept bubbling up out of the straw.

Competitiveness

I only wish they had more of a range of colors and that it was like a 30oz but still i think it’s a good cup.

Wish sometimes it wasn’t made of metal and would be a cute matte color finish like the yeti or rtic brands.

However, when you've had a sip, it'll whistle for a while, and makes several heads turn when you're working in a relatively quiet office.
