Pros

The lid screws on easily and securely. I recommend a weekly cleaning as the rim can get a bit funky.

The silicone strap is long enough to move the lid out of the way for drinking. The screw on top protects the drinking end from dirt & debris. This is the only bottle that never lost its lid!

The opening between the bottle and the mouthpiece is for the easy addition of ice. The piece you place your mouth on is plastic and removeable for making cleaning easier.

Cons

The mouthpiece often unscrew with the cap. The mouth of the bottle is too small for normal sized ice cubes. The top has two ways of unscrewing it, and unfortunately the one that is suppose to be used only for cleaning is the easier of the two.

This flaw makes using the bottle a nuisance. The product is not leak proof. It's this kind of material that starts to smell after a while because it's harder to clean. I'm very disappointed because as i was opening the bag the tape that sealed the bot... Read More

Save yourself the aggravation and spend an extra couple of bucks for another brand. Had to throw away. This is the 11th product from contigo that i have purchased, and the only one that was a disappointment!

The design is sleek and durable, with the stainless steel body holding up well against everyday wear and tear.

I am purchasing a used bottle today because the strap keeping the lid attached finally broke off and is now missing!

It's starting to cut into the metal, and will eventually just break entirely, or will cut so far into the bottle i'll need a new one.

Price

I’ve seen $14 to $26 so that’s crap.

Packaging/appearance

You can also buy 3rd party silicone protective "cup sleeves" that protect the base from denting when you drop it.

I had to buy a new travel mug because my roommates stole mine and chose this randomly because it looks nice but i absolutely love it!

I add those flavor packets to my drinks and it's getting kind of gross looking.

Competitiveness

I've tried many different thermos' and hot/cold beverage containers, but this is the best one i've ever used.
