Pros
Hot liquid stays warm for hours. One point to note is that the 'red' is actually more of a cerise pink.
Travel mug has an open and close lock on te drinking hole. Doesn't leak at all and keeps the drink cold or hot for a long time. Great size, 100% leak proof, nice lock function and drinking mechanism.
Easy to clean. It is a bit fiddly cleaning the lid, but this minimal down side does not detract from the great mug that this is. After a year or more of use it can get a bit smelly.
Cons
The lid design is highly flawed. Even with its feature of a push button to open it more for cleaning it still is difficult to clean all of the internals. Amazon’s return process is to complicated and not worth the hassle.
Boiling hot drinks are tepid in about 30 minutes. Completely useless as a drinks flask. On top of that it stank terribly of incense sticks.

However mine came damaged on the outside as you can see on photos there are multiple marks but the overall mug seems fine

I’ve only tested it once for its heat retaining qualities and that was only for a few hours and it stayed hot

If you have small hands you may have hard time to push the button as its diameter is alittle big
