Pros

The powder mixes very well with the heavy ball and rounded bottom (which keeps the protein powder from clumping in the bottom). I find it mixes better than any other brand i've tried. I love the bottle, cause it doesn't leak.

Cons

The cap closes so tight that it came apart at the drinking hole. Not usable anymore, it leaks when closed to shake. Do not buy this item.
