I love contigo quality and for value.
Definitely better quality than other shaker cups i have owned.
Having used contigo products before, i'm not surprised at the quality construction and sleek user interface.
The mix clumped, so the ball didn't break it up; but maybe that's more to do with the mix than the ball.
Packaging/appearance
Nothing worse than tossing your “closed” shaker cup in your gym bag jus to find out it was a little open and leaked all over the place.
Competitiveness
I use these at the gym with some ice for either a preworkout drink or later to mix a protein shake.
The contigo 2-pk shaker bottles are once again, great quality and value.

First thing was more operator error and therefore did not effect my rating but just want to share

The only thing i do not like about this cup is the actual lid part does not have the plastic sort of “bump” on the inside that would fit into the mouth piece when you close it
