The only setback is i found the mug was a bit narrow on the top so its hard to wash the bottom if you want to use your hand

The rubber oring stretchs and comes out of channel so if you put it on without checking it will leak

It keeps things cold for a little while and is easy to use but it does splatter a little bit of whats inside when you snap it shut looking at my laptop screen it needs cleaning for sure
