The only complaint i have is if you dont close the cap tightly it could leak slightly if you keep it in your purse which has happened to me a few times but might just be user error on my end

Product came dented which was in the description but the lid bracket broke after a week

Edit after some use i noticed that whenever twist to drink the big opening is the one that opens drinking out of the steel part rather than the plastic drink spout

Seems like a design flaw since they turn the same way and there isnt a way to hold to the bottom so you can only twist the top only

The only reason i gave it four out of five stars is that the white piece sometimes comes un screwed and stays stuck to lid when trying to open to drink
