Replaced old lid that had mistakenly been put thru the dishwasher a couple of times causing the faux stainless steel around the auto seal button to flake away and pose a cutting hazard

The flask was fine but the lid which has working parts was starting to wear

That is the weakest link in the whole flask

But the button is still the same contingo didnt have to make such a long button half the length or the hieght call it what you will could still function if made shorter

Hence 4 stars and will break again if user press the bottom instead of the top of the button
