Great quality, great build quality, leak proof, very satisfied
Excellent design, would have preferred a smaller volume or narrower but overall a good product
95% happy with this wud prefer if it stayed hotter for longer

I bought two cheaper contigo mugs which come in costco packaging and one of them heated up immediately, so has no vacuum.

Really good product no leakage and no spills i use it so often the lid can be a little hard to clean sometimes if the fluid had dried out around the hole that opens when you hold the button

Hard to drink from it so that the liquid doesnt leave a stain that will further contaminate all your stuff with coffee spots if you are not very careful and the first time i noticed it also looked disgusting on the mug

A false claim made by many others

I found some alternatives made this difficult leaving milky residue that goes off smells and tastes vile inside the mechanism
