The rest of the product functionality is amazing, so this is really disappointing. Returned item for refund and will probably pay less for better next time. Not a happy bunny.

The lid is a bit fiddly on the inside and i have my doubts as to the longevity of the various plastic pieces. Don't make body out of plastic as it will crack or separate the outer from inner sleeve.

The top of the flask narrows and heat can conducts between the 2 walls. You can tell that heat is escaping as straight away. The top drinking section also leaks quite a lot of heat. Leaking after 3 months.

Keep drink scalding hot for about two hours then freezing after that. It works but when you have a very hot liquid inside, you can easily burn yourself as you press that button. Completely ruins the taste of the beverage.
