The filter clogs very easily with 1-2 loads and even when completely clean it creates too much resistance. The moist warm air escaping around edges ruined clothes in the cabinet. I will have to remove the filter and seal the empty box.

This seems higher quality than the others i was considering.
Good quality but thought it was larger
It needs some user training; making sure the removable lid and screen are oriented properly with the flow; i drew arrows on the lid.

It is sized to fit within a 2x6 wall, so i had to build out my 2x4 wall to fit it (see photo).

Your lint trap that comes with your clothes dryer does not catch all the lint

Cut out sheetrock cut dryer vent to size placed lint trap in and secured with duct tape real duct tape

Turns out that the lint screen came attached to the cover and was held in place by friction fit which probably holds it together better than the spring

Trap needs to be cleaned of lint after each and every dryer load just like the one in the dryer

I needed to wrap the box where the lid meets with duct tape as it is not a good seal and some lint leaks out and builds up

I installed this after my new samsung dryer it would let a ton of lint by the screen and it would stick to the concrete on my patio leaving unsightly messes everytime i did laundrythis virtually stopped it and doesnt seem to affect the dryer or the rate it dries at
