Pros

This pillow is a life saver. Keeps reordering. Almost like the princess and the pea story.

Sized to fit smaller builds. Ez to travel with. Only glitch is that i also flip over frequently and need to flip pillow with me.

Cons

This pillow is molded. Even after fluffing it for two days like the instructions said, it is no better. Must be a problem with the material used for the filling.

The one i received is too soft and does not support my head and neck. The curved opening is too small and is hard to position over the shoulder. This one is flat and barely has enough cushion for a fly to sleep on.
