There was dirt all over the heal and sole of the shoe, along with scuffs running on the toe. Shoes are totally disproportionate. Our granddaughter only wore them once.

Came on time for christmas and as advertised.
However, they took much too long to receive and she didn't get them on christmas.
I received it on time and brand new.
Packaging/appearance
Received the sneakers as a birthday gift -- one shoe 56" lace while the other shoe has a 46" lace.
Once they arrived they looked great, no separation!
