Pros

Recipes from all around the culinary world. Lots of variety, seafood, vegetarian & side dishes in here. Most of them look really tasty even for the picky eaters in my house.

Long time fan of atk recipes. The text is enlightening. It is nice, thick and durable.

The recipes in this book are not. Too complicated for a busy home cook. Uncommon ingredients, too many ingredients, and just fiddly recipes.
