Pros
The ninja is bolted into the side of the pan, but is easy to clean. Cleans up easily, too. If seasoned properly, cleans up very easily.
The ease of cleaning is linked to not overheating the pans. Searing the meat can be done if the pan is properly preheated. It heats and cooks well.
Delarlo saute pan - 3 quarts deep frying pan nonstick is highly recommended. Comes in a box, wrapped in a black cloth, with bubble wrap, individual plastic sleeves for each component.
Compared to other pans, this one has less curvature at the bottom. Raised grid creates a rough interior to the pan but provides a lot of protection for the non-stick coating against kitchen tools.

The quality is excellent it's definitely a high quality cookware i'd like to have an entire set of this cookware to add to my kitchen.
Since the pan is heavy, it is little difficult to clean and lift it around but the quality is great.
The delarlo is of similar quality and make.

I was surprised by the amount of care that had gotten in to the packaging of this pan.

Though they all work very well the heavier the better (and the higher the price).

This pan heats up quickly and you do not need to cook on a higher temperature

The lid fits snugly on the inside of the pan and has a nice high metal handle there is also a steam hole in the lid

It had a honeycomb grid pattern on this inside of the pan and also come with a lid…finally i’m so sick of trying to cover sautéfrying pans with lids from other pots that are too big for the size pan i’myusing resulting in having to use them upside down to effectively cover the pan

If you don’t use oil or a type of liquid whatever you’re cooking will be way more difficult to flipmove

Even with oilanother liquid you have to stay close to rotate any meat you’re cooking or you’ll end up leaving some of that meat stuck to the pan instead of in your belly
