Pros
The strips are incredibly easy to apply but pay special attention to the instructions which state to wipe teeth dry before applying.
Teeth are 3 shades lighter than they used to be! My smile is brighter and whiter, oh yeah!
Cons
It needs to go fromwhite to yellowish. I take good care of my teeth yet it hasn't gone down not even a shade. Crest brand is far superior and worth the extra cost.

The cool zero strips didnt make my teeth sensitive at all and helped whiten my stained teeth mostly from coffee and some soft drinks

The only reason i gave for stars is because obviously its not an automatic white teeth but my problem is that everytime you use it it leaves white spots on your teeth

They also seemed to be making my teeth whiter in the 2 times i used them but i have old fillings in my front teeth on the sides
