Pros

Canopy is soooo easy to attach and use and i live in a high wind area. The shade is really neat as it slides open or closed. One of the top post covers i drilled a 1” hole and mounted a solar light panel and placed solar lights across the top.

Very cozy and special place for the hot tub. Arrived safely, no shipping damage. Packaged well.

There are some lose paint spots this could have happened in shipping, they have not rusted, appears to be solid. This is surprisingly sturdy for how light it is. Stylish and relatively sturdy.

Took me as one person a couple of hours to assemble and put up on a paver stone patio. Hired a handyman to assemble.

Cons

The material deteriorated in the sunlight despite the uv rating mentioned in the product. This makes this pergola no bargain. The material they are so proud of is nothing more than a cheap tarp that is colored and its a * faded orange at that.

Most of the top rails were dented, pretty bad. Not adequate diagram of canopy assembly. Not sturdy design.

For the price couldn’t ask for much more!

For the price, this pergola is great!

I got this when it was on sale for $380, i wouldn't pay more than that.

Spend the extra $70-$100 to get a solid piece that will last!

Unlike several reviews, our pergola arrived on time and without any damage.

The delivery man brought it into my garage for me instead of leaving it on the porch which i really appreciated!

The person who assembled it for me did so in a short period of time.

Definitely glad we got it it’s beautiful!

One of the pillars was dented in the box, however, overall we are happy with it

The box was well sealed and when we opened the box we had all of the materials, nothing was missing and directions were provided.
