Pros

Perfect fit for our front porch. Gives us privacy yis not terribly obvious. It lets a small amount of light through but protects well from those uv rays.

Cons

I recommend coolaroo make an engineering change if they wish to continue selling this product. I am convinced it is a cheap counterfeit. Horrible customer service from this seller. Seller says no exchange or refund.

The end cap and ring pull out of the bottom rail. The handle continues to unfold as i am trying to crank it, as i cannot get a grip on the straight part of the handle. The 4’ arm is appropriate on the 72” length, but unacceptable on the 96” or longer.... Read More

Some shades were ragged along the edges due to packaging. Design is too flimsy.
