Coolcura relieves any tension in my neck. Enjoy using this product after a good, long workout.
The ice therapy puck fits snugly in the little pouch after you let it get really cold in the freezer. Included is the neck band, the ice pod and holder, a microfiber storage bag, and a quick start guide.
When a migraine comes, i throw the coolcura on and my migraine dissipates. It helps me fall asleep in minutes, gives so much relief when i feel a migraine coming on and calms my nervous system.
This little device is effective and portable. It’s a total game changer. It's also so easy to use on a regular basis for preventive care, not just reactive.
Cons
Not therapeutic. Waist of money. They say guaranteed, don't believe it. The ice therapy device goes in a pocket in the back of neck band per the instructions but there is no pocket on my device.

I was never interested in feng fu or believed in it for that matter but after a few days of using my neck band my stress melted away
