Quality

I'm happy with the cooler so far.

It’s not flashy, it’s not rgb, it’s just a quality product that works without any extra steps or power consumption.

Mine did come with the correct 1700 mounting bracket.

I can't tell if it's 12v or 5v since it has 4 pins but it only works with the controller so far.

Price

The $40 price gets you a much better cooler than the included stock and you don't sacrifice the ascetics of the cases.

Had the stock ryzen 5 5600x cooler and i was getting temps around 70-80 on my desktop and 95+ when playing games.

Packaging/appearance

The temps easily reached into the 85c+ range with moderate use, and barely getting down to 60c at idle.

It doesn't clip into the existing holes in the motherboard.

Competitiveness

A no-brainer purchase and highly recommend it.

This is being used to cool an amd ryzen 5600x and attached to an asus tuf gaming pro x570 motherboard.

Keeping my ryzen 9 5600x within acceptable temps.

As long as you don't overclock it does a pretty good job on a 9900k.
