Absolutely love it, easy to install, and it works fairly well for cooling even an i7-12700k!
Only 70c under heavy load and between 30-40c idle.
Also, when you begin assembling the bracket for the fan on an amd board you will notice that it seems loose in the stand offs, don't worry!
Price
For the price you can’t beat it.
For around $30, this is a pretty good value.
The fan alone is 20$ so for an extra $10 you get a sleek looking matte black radiator and the option to buy a second fan for the back.
Competitiveness
This performs much better than the $120 noctua double tower cooler that i had.

The metal does not feel like it will bend if i install it wrong and the fan looks of much better quality

The fan seems to be doing its job there is a noticeable temp difference for when the fan is on and when its not
