Pros
Plenty of room in the chassis near the power supply. Tiebacks for cable management, mounts and screws for motherboards in case your motherboard didnt come with them like mine.
We ordered this case & it's just right! Would buy again. Would definitely buy again and recommend.
Seems stout and surprisingly compact. Very well packaged and came with several accessories.
Case has two drive bays, one in the back, the other in the front. Has two usb ports, one for each of the two drives. Uses two types of ssd and pci-j.
Great for airflow, looks clean, and plenty of space inside. Zero dents, zero scratches. No through hole grommets but its not sharp so no biggie. No airflow issues.
Cons
The only intake for the case is through the front panel, which is solid plastic with a small vent near the bottom. If you want to game in anyway be ready to take the plexiglass panel off for sufficient airflow. This case has horrible airflow and horri... Read More
Without a power supply shroud it makes the build 10 times uglier. There is a tempered glass version but honestly what's the point?

Quality is what you would expect from cooler master, it was the perfect fit for the build we were putting together.
The quality of construction and materials is good.
As for the quality control issue: if you're having "device unrecognized" issues when plugging a usb device into the front-panel usb 2.
With the one stock fan of this case, it was not sufficient to dissipate all the heat created by a core i7 11th gen.
Price
I've built many pc's and this case for the price is a steal.
I bought this on sale when the price dipped to $40 bucks, i cannot complain.
