Pros
This fan works well as a rear fan to the hyper 212 rgb black edition. It matches the fan that this cpu cooler comes with. This fan was mounted to the top of a vented case to exhaust heat. It plugs into the x570 crosshair iiiv hero motherboard.
Fan comes with rubber dampeners, has a good amount of static pressure that competes with other similar designed fans. Easy to install with the included hardware.

Without warning the blade literally fell out of the housing smacking the mobo while it fell spinning

Luckily nothing was damaged but a blade hooked a cable and had to be removed carefully

After installing the double cpu cooler fans and attaching one to the back as an exhaust fan my temperatures dropped about 8°c degrees i was averaging 2632°c resting and now i average 2023°c

Important make sure that the arrow on the rgb header input is to the left otherwise the rgb wont work

There is also the possibility that it being the wrong direction could destroy your motherboard

One of them started making a little noise a couple of months after purchase honestly ill probably buy the same exact fan and replace it
