Pros & Cons
Pros
Headset is one of the best gaming headset mics that i have heard in a while. No issues with the top band, more comfortable than my prior headphones. Best gaming headset sub $200.
Well built, very comfy, incredible unboxing experience, great sound and microphone. The padding is nice and thick enough. Cushions are soft and the headset is lightweight. She loves how comfortable they are and much prefers them to the hyperx stinger ... Read More
Cable is braided but not stiff. Removable cable is a huge plus. This destroys all the other headsets i've owned.
Headset has a comfortable head band and ear pieces with cups which envelop your ears. The mic control on the cable is a nice touch because i can mute myself quickly without having to use a button combination. One the cable has a fabric type cover, and... Read More
It lacks detail in the low and high frequencies but given its price, the sound is already top tier. Soundstage is excellent considering that this is a closed headphone and the low price. The first is the bass isn't as strong as i would have liked. Pro... Read More
Cons
I cannot recommend these headphones under any circumstances. The biggest issue is the durability of the headphones. Cooler master's support is awful. The only redeeming factor is they are extremely comfortable which is why i bought them.
The volume knob on the cable has the typical problems of a cheap aux headset. The mute switch on this new pair is also faulty, it's really loose, and it accidentally goes mute on its own sometimes.

Price
For the price, i am happy with my purchase.
Packaging/appearance
The headset is based on the takstar pro 82 studio monitor headset.
Competitiveness
She loves how comfortable they are and much prefers them to the headset she had been using before (hyperx stinger core).
Still better than most others in the price range.
Microphone is way too quiet according to listeners, even with +30db boost in windows sound settings.
