These feel and seem high quality, they push air through dust screens very well!

It’s more quiet than the thermaltake fans as described in the design description and i’m overall happy.

So i read through the description and baried at the bottom it states 0 to 1900 rpm pwm fan.

All 3 are daisy-chained to 1 argb connector and detected as argb gen2.

Price

Though a bit pricey, they were what i was looking for.

I got them on sale for $20 and will be ordering a few more.
