They either didn't plug in the cables correctly or they actually got a defective product.

Well nothing, no power at all, this thing was dead right out of the box.

Competitiveness

Perfect size for modest ryzen apu desktop system.

I was pretty hesitant to buy this because of the mass of 1-star reviews, but in a psu shortage i am satisfied with my purchase.

Otherwise it will stand and i'll just take a refund and buy an evga unit (like i probably should have in the first place).
