I have a 2019 acer nitro 5 (terrible fan design model), the stock paste is terrible and even nt-h1 or mx-4 could fix the heating issues.
Bought some of just the regular and so far its worked much much better than all the pastes.

This is the over right here before this paste my temps were cpu7080 when playing games but now its 4060 wow just wow
