Pros

The stand is sturdy and at an angle that is not so high that typing is uncomfortable or to cause the laptop to easily slide off. It also comes with a strap to hold the laptop in place. This stand is perfect for my eluktronics 17 gaming laptop.

Fans are a little louder than a regular laptop cooler. I'm used to the hum of fans and usually have headphones on or the volume up anyways.

Using this amazing pad, the max temp is now 82, averaging in low 70s. Keeps things below the max operating temps, even when mildly overclocked.

The moveable fans are easy to place where you want them. The ability to reposition the fans is very nice. The fans are nice and can be moved to accomodate the location of yoir machine's vents.

Cons

U3 plus is advertised as a gaming laptop cooler. The fans that come along with the frame are less than powerful.

This seller apparently only offers dhl shipping. Dhl's notifications are slow, as is the speed at which the package moves in transit. The fan switch is not capable of being turned off.

I noticed the price of this spike by $20 for a while.

That would be as fast as i would overclock it for any length of time without doing a cpu repaste.

The ability to reposition the fans is very nice, as i have a component that i want cooling to that is in a different area from the cpu/gpu.

Cooler master has been a reputable manufacturer.

I run it using a 10k milliamp powerbank and it can last slightly more than a workday.
