Both of our laptops kept shutting down from over heating and we were using dvd cases to raise them up to keep them from getting hot we got tired of stacking 2 dvds on top of each other times 4 and it was annoying cause the laptops would slide off them

Maybe if the usb port tethered off of the cable more instead of going right into the laptop usb port

Also i have noticed that if i try to take it mobile if i squeeze the pad too much the fan will start to hit the grill and it doesnt sound very good

I have not tried to take it remotely i got one for office and one for home rather than trying to lug around

I opened it and used it immediately and the fan was super noisy
