Pros & Cons
Pros
This case is gorgeous. I really like the way this case looks and how modular it is. It secures just fine even though that clip is missing now. Amazing case, first micro build.
The included pcie riser is an important feature to tie down the cables in order to fit a large gpu. Custom cables fit perfectly, so there is really minimal extra slack in the case. The only gripe i have is that there is no usb c port on the case but n... Read More
Panels are easy to remove and put on, without too many screws. The panels clicks into the structure of the case. I am surprised they even include an extra side panel if you want to switch between perforated or glass.
If you don't already have a computer built or want to downsize from an atx build, this is the way to go. I'm a beginner to building and this is my second pc build. Keep in mind, it all depends on what you’re trying to accomplish.
Cons
Contacting coolermaster to resolve the issue has not been fruitful. Return it and wait 30 days for a refund and then 7 days after that for bank to clear the payment. Amazon pushed the shipping date back another week, without any reasoning.
The nr200 aio has long pipes to route underneath psu, which is unnecessary. It's just really frustrating because this case can handle literally any gpu you throw at it, no sweat. Skip and get any other mitx case with an sfx psu and a noctua cooler.
Do not buy this product.
The psu is loud and once it spins up it stays up until the pc is under zero usage for at least 10mins. The aio pump rattles at anything above 50% duty cycle. Rattling pump, high pitched psu fan whine, humming 120mm radiator and case fans.

Price
If it goes on sale for $350 or lower it would be a great value.
I'd imagine this is due to the cost of the item as a whole.
Shipping
The issue is the item was returned and lost in shipping.
I got my *first* delivery and was missing the riser cable and one of the pcie power cables.
Update: new one arrived and worked as expected.
Packaging/appearance
The box looked unopened so i'll say it was a packing issue from the factory.
Competitiveness
I did replace the fans with scythe 140mm fans on the radiator and 120mm slim fans for the bottom on both my home and work build... Read More

Some of the cable routing between the mouther board and power supply and at the top between the motherboard and aio fans was tough but nothing that can be dealt with with a bit of patience
