Light that is emitted from the fan is nice and not overpowering. The fan is a nice bright blue but it's not distracting.

It performs to factory spec - reaching 17 degrees fahrenheit below room temperature. Has a 3 pin connector to power the fans from the motherboard. Comes with a molex adapter.

Cons

Very happy with this fan - very good air flow given how quiet it is.

It makes a weird noise that lasts for 15 minutes and then go away.

Fyi: if you send them back to the manufacturer, expect to not get a new one back within a month.
