    If you have issues with this product i suggest just going ahead and buying a brand new one preferably a different brand because honestly going through the warranty claim process is just not worth it

    Also every time i go into their website to viewupdatelog an rma request it would be down and good luck getting on the phone with themedit i finally got my package
