This mask is great for double masking. It protects my face and prevent burning. I still usually end up with an exposure and burn but not to the point where it turns red and purple.
The large extra large is just right for me and stays up fine and is slightly snug. It's an unlined fabric, sort of slinky and breezy feeling. It feels a smidge small but i am okay with that.
