Pros

While they have a chemical scent, it is tolerable and does not smell of mold and mildew. But i think it's great because then there’s more customization for the consumer.

The cooling side is awesome, i just need supa modern to make it double sided. It is truly cooling & comfortable to the neck andamp; head.

There are simple instructions to remove and allow 24 hours to basically * out. The stuffing is like sleeping on clouds. It has a ton of the shredded memory foam pieces.

Cons

Not cool and definitely not comfy. Strong chemical smell (off gassing) doesn't bode well for longevity and quality of these pillows. Advertising is dishonest and misleading.

The fumes from the polyurethane can be toxic and may cause eye and respiratory irritation. It smell massively like chemical odors that you shoul dnot be inhaling.

Linenspa pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Took out 1/2 memory foam and still hurt my neck. Complete pain to get the stuffing back in.

This is so disappointing. Not even the slightest. It's too late to return. Not for me.
