Pros
A replacement product from a different batch was sent and tested. While they have a chemical scent, it is tolerable and does not smell of mold and mildew. I think it's great because then there’s more customization for the consumer.
The cooling side is awesome, i just need supa modern to make it double sided. It is truly cooling & comfortable to the neck and head. Used these for a camping trip.
There are simple instructions to remove and allow 24 hours to basically * out.
Cons
Even with the thinnest pillowcase they are not cool. Not cool and definitely not comfy. They give me headaches and are soooooooo uncomfortable.
The fumes from the polyurethane can be toxic and may cause eye and respiratory irritation. The odor is such that i feel like i am inhaling terrible chemicals when using it. The pillowcases have a * pungent smell.
The comfortability is and customization is great but not worth it at the cost of the strong chemical smell (off gassing) in my opinion, just stay away from these. Not luxurious at all.

Was able to adjust the thickness and firmness of the pillow to meet my needs, the shape is perfect.
Give them 24 hours after unpackaging to fully plump up.
These got ginormous after letting sit overnight before using them.
Price
For the price $40 bucks and you get 2 pillows, i would have paid a benjamin just for just 1 knowing now how they feel.
