Pros

It's comfortable, though it's not the quietest material and i needed to tape the zippers down to mitigate any unwanted noise. My wife has one and it's a godsend! Everything seems great quality.

Cons

Sticky velcro easily detaches from the ice pack insert. The freezer packs freeze quickly but unfortunately,they dont even last two hours. Replacement popped oil packs all over everything again.
