Planting this pillow under your knees relieves that strain by raising your knees just enough. My whole family uses thier memory foam pillows. It is heavenly.
I'm 5’6” and a side sleeper and love this because it can support my knees and ankles simultaneously.
It’s a lifesaver yo my 75 year old scoliosis ridden, slipped disc back. Your lumbar area immediately relaxes!

This pillow smells like mold. I am 115lb and 5’5 and this feels way too small for me. Numbness and pins and needles is a problem for me that im trying to eliminate.
Ordered two pillows one was torn. Wanted replacement and only saw return option. And the product is not returnable. Will look for a higher quality option. did not last.

It has pilling on the surface within a week of use!
All were either too small, too firm and just not comfortable.

While i do believe this knee pillow has a great design is comfortable and i like that it is somewhat adjustable but the fabric on this pillow is awful

I suggest the manufacturer create a pillow cover option because the one it comes with is not very attractive now

It is adjustable so if it does flatten over time i can add stiffer loft material if it ever flattens

I had to remove the thinnest piece of form to make the height work

I like the design because it comes to a curved tip at each end instead of a blunt ends which can get uncomfortable as the pillow wears
