Planting this pillow under your knees relieves that strain by raising your knees just enough. My whole family uses thier memory foam pillows. It is heavenly.

It seems to be well made but it compresses so much when used that it is of little value. It's squishy, so my husband disagrees with it being supportive.

Company needs to invest in more consistent quality control measures. Ordered two pillows one was torn. Wanted replacement and only saw return option. And the product is not returnable.

I think that perhaps intermittent use, such as reading in bed or on the couch for an hour or two might work. Numbness and pins and needles is a problem for me that im trying to eliminate. The cover also seems to wear very quickly and is not durable.
