Pros

The quality of the pillow is great. Fingers crossed) while a little expensive, it is the best pillow i’ve had. Just buy one and see for yourself.

It's a nice, comfy pillow. Comes with additional filler if you want a firmer fit.

Cons

Price tag is not justified by the quality. Comfort, support is minimal and certainly not worth $100.

A call to customer service 70 days after the initial purchase resulted in a quick refund (as per coop's 100-night trial policy).

Packaging/appearance

First of all, there was barely a discernible scent of any kind when i pulled it from the packaging.

I emptied the entire bag of extra filling into the pillow and it still looked too soft to come close to what i was looking for.

Arrived compressed- just fluff up in the dryer.
