The outer liner seems to compress the pillow coming giving it more support. Comes with extra stuffing so you can adjust your filling as needed.

With a pillowcase, it’s very comfortable. It's noticeable, and wonderful! It supports my head and neck but is still soft enough to scrunch up if i need my head raised a little more.

Increase of poly fluff and decrease of foam makes the pillow blocky, hard, and it lacks the'sink' and molding the original pillows had. The other pillowcase is on its way out soon too.

It's lumpy and not as comfortable as i expected it to be. It's like the support melts away. Maybe just because i am new to this design makes it almost unusable.
