The coop mattress protector is waterproof and easy to wash and dry. It comes with a 5-year warranty, and the manufacturer does honor this warranty.
Cooling, soft, no crinkle mattress protector that doesn't interfere for your memory foam mattress or memory foam topper. Great about this mattress cover is that it doesn’t crinkly or move.

Cons
Since the washing instructions are so fussy i was hoping not to have to launder it every week, but it seems that's the only way to get the lumps out. She tosses and turns way more than i do so if her topper stays put.

It fits really well, feels like it’s nice quality materials, is soft and is not loud.
This is a good quality product, and i can comfortably rate it a solid 5-stars.
The fabric it's made out of is 75% polyethylene and 25% polyester with the skirt on the side being 100% polyester.
The waterproof material does not create any sound with movement on the bed.
Price
Even better, the price was reasonable and i expect it will protect the significant investment in our mattress for a long time.

Shipping
I received the sheet promptly and washed it according to directions.
The day it was delivered to me, it was 95 degrees and opening that topper it was hot.
Packaging/appearance
This actually felt cold coming right out of the package!
The only concern i have is that the packaging does not say “oeko tek certified even though the item description says it is.
