Pros

Months of back pain vanished, i sleep well and wake rested. I am hooked on coop pillows. It still supports after a few weeks.

Hand mix in additional fill. I am extremely pleased that they sell replacement filler because after a stretch of time it does need to be done.

Cons

I feel like the picture used in this listing is purposely deceptive. It is a rare situation when amazon charges for shipping, so they should make that abundantly clear. This makes me mad enough that i may just be done with coop.

The product was just as described made my pillow alot more fluffy well pleased with this product

I bought some of this filler and made an extremely thin pillow (less than an inch) to put on top of my cervical pillow.

I like the softness but just felt the pillow still had gaps that needed filling.

Price

Bought this bag, and with the extra fluff from the pillow i got a whole second pillow for less than half the price.

I wish it wasn’t as expensive, but it was exactly what we needed so i’m not too upset about it.

They are pricy but my sleep is very important.

Packaging/appearance

Here's why:1 - it turns out they folded the long package of fill and condensed it into a square-shaped package.

The package i received didn't look like the one in the photo, but it's all good.

The package is a lot smaller than the picture but just the right amount for my pillow.
