Pros

Pillows are so subjective, and i love the idea that you can customize this to your exact preference. No odor or fragrance at all. Easy instructions for setting the pillow up for maximum support and comfort.

Cons

Minutes after fluffing the pillow and lying down, my head is on my mattress with all of the stuffing pushed to either side of my head. The extra stuffing isn't enough to make much of a difference.
