Pros
With a pillowcase, it’s very comfortable. I am a back sleeper and this feature has been great for me. It supports my head and neck but is still soft enough to scrunch up.
Nothing compares to this pillow. I read quite a number of reviews of this specific pillow/brand and all were very high and seemed genuine, so i pulled the trigger. This pillow is fantastic.
The outer liner seems to compress the pillow coming giving it more support. It comes with extra “stuffing” to add if needed, which is nice too.

I'm so disgusted and upset that the seller would send customers used pillows with a stain & tear. It seems disingenuous to change the place of manufacture and not correct your product pages.

This is the best pillow i have had for a long time; i purchased a queen i am used to king pillows soi will be ordering one.
The filling doesn’t clump, it feels soft yet supportive, and it stays cool.
No more tossing and turning and waking up with a head full of sweat with this pillow.
I’ve tried perhaps 8 down, down alternative, latex and memory foam pillows over the last 3 years and returned all.

Latex and memory foam pillows i tried were either too firm and too warm and i was reluctant to try a pillow that i had to adjust the fill
